Imparten taller de derechos humanos y perspectiva de género.
Para dar a conocer los diferentes tipos y modalidades de la violencia hacia las mujeres y con el fin de generar estrategias para su erradicación, se realizó el curso en materia de Derechos Humanos, Violencia y Perspectiva de Género a servidores públicos del Gobierno Municipal.
El taller fue impartido por Deyanira Belmonte Jaramillo, de la Procuraduría de los Derechos Humanos de Gto., quien comentó que debido a que continúan violándose los derechos humanos de las mujeres, es necesaria la reflexión y la capacitación para identificar este tipo de situaciones que se presentan en la vida cotidiana de las mujeres y para cambiar la cultura del machismo en los entornos sociales.
“La temática principal es la reflexión, desde como es el trato de la mujer en los entornos laborales, en sus diferentes roles en la sociedad, así como el conocimiento de los derechos humanos para niñas y adultas”.
Belmonte Jaramillo destacó que de acuerdo a información de la Fiscalía General de Justicia de Guanajuato, el tipo de violencia que más se presenta es la psicológica y ocurre principalmente en el núcleo familiar.
“Es importante que tanto hombres como mujeres sepan identificar en que momento se esta ejerciendo esta conducta, porque en ocasiones no saben como se ejerce la violencia, aunque la estén aplicando inconscientemente, que sepan que tenemos que cuidarnos y valorarnos como personas para ejercer nuestros derechos”.
Los temas principales fueron la identificación y prevención de la violencia en la vida de las mujeres, la autoestima, redes de apoyo y el acoso laboral el cual fue coordinado por medio de la Secretaría del Ayuntamiento a los trabajadores.
